Whether short- or long-term, each 50-minute session is tailored to your needs using approaches such as CBT, Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Psychodynamic therapy. I believe therapy isn’t “one size fits all.” By combining different methods, I’ll support you in finding insight, building resilience, and moving toward meaningful change at your own pace.
