How I work

I bring a relational focus, offering a dedicated space for you, free from life’s pressures and judgments, where you can explore whatever you bring to therapy. Whether you’re facing a life transition, dealing with complex family dynamics, or ready to address a painful past, I am here to help. Even if you’re unsure of what’s wrong but sense that something isn’t right, we can work together to find clarity and healing. My aim is to help you to achieve greater fulfilment, richness and joy in your life through self-knowledge and compassion.

Who I work with

I warmly welcome individual adult clients, offering both open-ended sessions and short-term support (usually 12-20 sessions). Whether you have a specific issue to address or wish to explore how your past shapes your present life and choices, I’m here to help.

I bring specialised training in supporting survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence. As a proud member of BAATN, I am dedicated to anti-discriminatory practice and strive to provide respectful and affirming support to everyone I work with.

What I work with

I work with a range of issues such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Substance misuse
  • Sexual and domestic abuse
  • Adult / late diagnosis of ADHD
  • Bilingualism, relocation issues
  • Culture, identity and mixed heritage issues
  • Dating, relationships, family conflict and attachment
  • Life transitions: such as parenthood, divorce, grief and loss
  • Self-compassion: reparenting, reconnection to self and creativity

Fees

£80 for 50 minutes. I sometimes have concession spaces.

I work from East London Therapy on Wednesdays (12 noon – 10 pm). I also offer online sessions. Please get in touch to arrange an initial free 15-minute phone call to discuss what you would like from therapy, how I work, and any questions you might have.
