I am a BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist offering individual therapy in-person and online on an open-ended basis.
How I work
My starting point with all clients is compassion. Whatever your current circumstances or life experiences, I offer a supportive and inclusive space where you can speak your mind freely. I will meet you where you are in your life now, with curiosity rather than judgement.
I provide a collaborative space where you can come to know and understand yourself better, on a deeper level. I will help you to notice patterns of behaviour, or recurrent thoughts and feelings, which may be holding you back in life. Together we will explore the unconscious beliefs or anxieties which may lie behind these.
Psychodynamic therapy can help you to make links between what is happening in your life currently, and your past experiences. This will usually involve thinking about your early childhood experiences and past relationships. It can also involve us examining your dreams and exploring what they might mean for you.

Qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from The Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. I have previously worked as a volunteer for Cruse Bereavement Support, facilitating group sessions to help individuals make sense of their loss. I also volunteer with Creating Conversations, a local Community Interest Company (CIC) in Waltham Forest, which facilitates spaces for open conversations around death, dying and grief.

My standard fee is £70 per session. I do occasionally have space for clients at concessionary rates. Please contact me for more information.
