Hello, I’m Nicola (she/her).
You might be here because you are experiencing difficulties in life. Perhaps you are struggling with past experiences or present circumstances, or maybe you are unsure of what is wrong but sense that things could be better. No matter what brings you to our sessions, talking therapy can help you to find a way forward.
I welcome you as you are, and offer an empathetic and non-judgemental space where you feel safe and heard. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings to gain a greater understanding of yourself. Our work may involve bringing awareness to patterns of behaving and ways of relating to others, and discovering new ways of being that support personal change.
As an integrative and relational counsellor, I draw on several approaches depending on the needs of each unique individual. I also consider the social and cultural contexts that we live in.
My counselling experience includes working at low-cost community counselling services, where I have worked with a range of clients with diverse identities and presenting issues.
Finding a therapist and one that feels ‘right’ can be difficult. To help with this, I offer a free 15-minute call or online meet where we can briefly get to know each other and discuss the next steps.

Rates
My standard fee is £65 per 50-minute session. I offer short term and long-term sessions.
